Payment: Payment is handled by Wire Transfer or ACH Deposit on majority of products we offer, these are the fastest, safest, and most efficient way to transfer funds, and it is the industry norm. We also Accept Credit Cards on some small Lots, located in the small lot section of the website. ( MasterCard, Visa & Discover ). We ONLY accept credit card as payment on orders up to $5,000 from U.S. customers, no international and require a signed credit card authorization form. We also charge a Credit Card Processing fee of 3.25% on all credit card purchases/total cost plus shipping. All purchases require payment before merchandise is shipped. Wire transfers typically show up in our account in a few hours, although some banks take a bit longer. International wires typically take a few days to process. Wire instructions are included on your invoice. Credit Card payments are held for 48 hours due to large amount of fraud online and will also show up on your invoice after a Credit Card Authorization Form is submitted back to us.
Liquidation Pallets and Truckload Shipping: FTL ( Full-Truck-Load) and LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload). We can arrange shipping for you. All we need is your shipping address, and some details about the location (loading dock, forklift, business or residential). We will get you a quote for the shipping rate prior to invoicing, so that you can pay for everything at the same time. Due to the large number of truckloads we ship monthly, we are typically able to get cheaper rates than you can, which saves you money. From the time you send payment to delivery is usually between 7-15 days. LTL (less than truckload) deliveries usually take a couple days longer due to stopping to pickup and delivery other orders while in route to you.

If you're not sure what you're doing when it comes to shipping, don't worry, we are here to help. It can be a nightmare and very intimidating, but we'll walk you through the process and make it as easy as possible for you. Although we arrange shipping, any overages, layover fees, fuel fees, discrepancies, etc still remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping claims regarding delays, lost in transit, additional delivery charges, additional fees must be made directly with the carrier responsible and NOT Premier Wholesaler. We are in no way responsible for shipping errors or any kind and shipping is set up as a courtesy for you. Any product left on the dock or not fitting in your truck /trailer is your responsibility to have picked up and Premier Wholesaler will not be held liable. P
Unclaimed or Shipping Refusals: Premier Wholesaler sells all goods direct from all facilities to its customers and any items paid for but not claimed or refused or unloaded within 3 business days will be discarded or disposed of at the sole discretion of Premier Wholesaler unless prior written permission is obtained from Premier Wholesaler. Once a load is paid for and/or placed on a truck, IT IS YOURS. There are NO refunds and a refusal does NOT constitute a refund, what you decide to do with that truck is entirely up to you. We do NOT accept returns of any kind. ALL loads ship from third party warehouses nationwide and these addresses are not usually listed on the BOL so a refusal can send your load somewhere it does not belong...out in to the abyss. A refusal is your confirmation to us that the load is not wanted and you fully understand you will not be refunded.
Container Rates: Premier Wholesaler will help you to set up your export shipment to ensure it is a smooth transaction/sailing however we are NOT responsible for rates, taxes, lost, damaged or delayed shipments. We set this up as a courtesy for you and in no way can be held liable. If you would like to set up your own container, please do let us know and we will walk you through the process. Please note, when shipping these containers, if all of your product does not fit, we are not liable. You will need to make additional arrangements to pick up the rest of your product or receive a store credit for a future order. There will be no refunds on this.
Refunds, Credits & Cancellations: Premier Wholesaler DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. Once an order is paid and/or is being processed or said vendor has been paid, the order process cannot be cancelled and customer cannot be refunded. IF a refund is authorized there will a restocking fee of no less than 35% plus all shipping fees, wire fees incurred. Shipping fees and wire fees are never refundable in any circumstances. Please note, if a container shipment is set up and all of your product does not fit, we are not liable. You will need to make additional arrangements to pick up the remaining products.
Identifying Returns, Overstocks or New Products We Sell: Premier Wholesaler is in the ASSET RECOVERY business, serving major department stores and manufacturers nationwide and helping them dispose of unwanted salvage inventory. This inventory can consist of customer returns, department store returns, factory seconds, irregulars, damaged merchandise, overstocks, distressed merchandise and out of season goods. There are clear risks to buying salvage and returns, and it is not recommended that people venture into such agreements without fully educating themselves first on the risks. Premier Wholesaler assumes and accepts no responsibilities to those that experience losses of any kind as a result of purchasing such items. We are salvage liquidators and all items listed on our website regardless of how they are listed are considered SALVAGE unless otherwise stated. Returns will have damage and the amount of damage is not an exact science, some lots will have more than others. If you order returns than you should expect to receive damaged items in your lot. If you do not want to see any damage or minimal damage items than you should ONLY BUY New or Overstock Items which are listed on our website as MOS. Overstock or New. Please note, even a new item can get damaged in shipping.
Identifying Used Product: Premier Wholesaler sells wholesale used clothing, used shoes, used jeans, used household rummage / linens, used handbags belts, & accessories and these products are ONLY listed in the USED CATEGORIES. This inventory can consist of Premium Grade A+, Grade A and Grade B Product. All of these used products are sorted and packed by human hands and errors in packing DOES OCCUR. Errors meaning you can find a percentage of B graded used clothing in your A package or Winter clothing in your summer, etc. During the first process of sorting all rags seen with the human eye are tossed out. After the first sort the used clothing is then sorted in to groups of Premium, A, B & C, etc. We Typically sell Premium, A & B but do take requests for C. There are clear risks to buying used product, and it is not recommended that people venture into such agreements without fully educating themselves first on the risks. Premier Wholesaler assumes and accepts NO RESPONSIBILITIES to those that experience losses of any kind as a result of purchasing such items. Used Product Lots can have damage and the amount of damage is not an exact science, some lots will have more than others. If you order used product, you should expect to receive a percentage of damaged items in your lot.
Product Requests: When selecting your clothing or shoe pallets ( just these two categories ) if you would like some modifications, please do ask and we will do our best to accommodate, but please note, we cannot guarantee these accommodations as we are liquidators, but we will pass on your requests to the facilities in question. Example: you would like all summer instead of mixed seasons, or you would like only sizes 6-10. Again, we will do our best but there are no guarantees as these are liquidated stock items, so if you see a few winter in your summer or a few adult in your kids, or a size 11 that got overlooked, etc, this is expected. Items we sell all come direct and are not packaged for us. All of these lots are packed by human hands and discrepancies do occur. Note: Premier Wholesaler does not make up these lots, these listings/lots are given to us by Third Party Facilities/Warehouses/Stores we contract with and we are in no way responsible.
Manifests: Please do not take these as set it stone, they are just a guiding point as to the items you can see in your load. Some companies are good at manifests while others are not. Manifests are to be used as a sample only. These are straight off the line so please keep this in mind when ordering. Again, use your manifest as a SAMPLE of what to expect. Premier Wholesaler is not responsible for missing or incorrect items in your load. We do not make these manifests and they are not made for us.
Defective/Damages/Shortages: Any verbal or written correspondence regarding working averages are only approximations and not binding on Premier Wholesaler. These percentages vary greatly – especially on LTL purchases – and should be treated accordingly. All manifests that are given are approximate and/or samples and are done to the best of our ability. Shortages can and do occur. No compensation will be given for any discrepancies between product received and manifest, manifest is to be taken as a GUIDE ONLY. Please understand, Premier Wholesaler does not make up these manifests, these manifests are given to us by the Third Party Facilities/Warehouses/Stores we contract with and we are in no way responsible. There is no way of knowing what items work and what items do not.
Typically speaking, a clothing load has very little defective items, whereas electronics would have more damage and is not recommended for the novice buyer. Underwear and socks loads are usually always brand new since most stores do not allow the return of socks and/or underwear from customers. Electronic items on the other hand, have a higher defective rate - non-electronic items such as toys, cookware, cutlery, accessories, domestics etc. tend to have much lower defective rates. The industry average used when trying to estimate working % is as follows: 65%-75% working, 20% Repairable, remainder scrap/spare parts/throwaway etc. Of course no individual load or pallet will have that exact breakdown, but generally speaking the latter percentages are fairly accurate to describe the average expected condition. Please note - exact working % of any particular pallet/load is unknown - and all items are always untested. The Risk Factor: The NUMBER ONE complaint salvage liquidators get: " I bought a salvage load and there is damage in it." Yep, its a mind boggler. There is a definite risk in purchasing salvage liquidations and store returns, these items are sold AS-IS regardless of anyone's best intentions to advertise each load as accurately as possible. Like most businesses in life - the higher the risks - the Higher the potential returns. In the long term and looking at several purchases most people in this industry would agree that the payoffs and money returns are generally very good and that the long-term risk is generally minimal. Purchasing department store salvage/returns/Overstocks/Liquidations/Used Product is like playing the stock market and is not for everyone. This is not a 'get rich quick & easy scheme....there is work to be done.
Guarantees or Warrantees: ALL LOADS ARE SOLD "AS IS" THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. Premier Wholesaler does not guarantee that any products we sell are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. We offer NO warranties expressed or implied. All Product sold on the Premier Wholesaler Website is Sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Premier Wholesaler Disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied and any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Premier Wholesaler shall not be liable for any special, indirect, third party, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. Including, without limitations, attorney fees, lost profits, shipping costs, delayed orders, delayed shipping, shipping errors, downtime cost, labor costs, overhead costs or any other buyers claims related to the purchase of product, in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with the services, information, or failure of any covered party to perform operations.
Conditions of Sale: Buyer fully understands that Premier Wholesaler sells salvage, used product, surplus, liquidated, off-price, distressed merchandise and makes NO promises of profits to be made. All merchandise is SOLD AS IS. NO warranties expressed or implied. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, CREDITS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES. Buyer is responsible for all related taxes, licenses, and shipping charges, Container Charges, Duties, etc, unless otherwise stated. Any and all shipping discrepancies must be reported to shipping company and not Premier Wholesaler, we will not be held responsible for missing parts, delayed orders, damaged orders, missing orders, pallets loaded on to your pallet or truck. Buyer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Premier Wholesaler and any party from which Premier Wholesaler acquired the Products, and any company affiliated with or related to Premier Wholesaler, from any liability, loss, delayed, or damage whatsoever resulting from any claims against Premier Wholesaler, any affiliated or related company, and/or any party from which Premier Wholesaler acquired the Products, by any party as a result of, or in connection with, with the purchase, use, and/or resale of the Products and/or any breach of a third party sales agreement by Buyer or the third party. Premier Wholesaler disclaims any liability for any damages of any kind, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages, as a result of any transportation, purchase, use, or sale/resale of any or all of the Products.
Should any dispute occur, the matter will be settled by arbitration governed by the laws of Passaic County, NJ, at the discretion PremierWholesaler.com at buyers sole expense and with no expense to Premier Wholesaler. These conditions of sale are considered accepted upon receipt of payment and or shipment of goods. All of the terms herein constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and PremierWholesaler.com
This agreement supersedes all other agreements written, signed or otherwise by either the buyer or seller and will be considered the ONLY legal binding contract between parties. This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Further, any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of New Jersey. Purchase Order and the acceptance thereof shall be a contract made in New Jersey and governed by the laws thereof, and it shall supersede any provisions, terms and conditions contained in any confirmation or other writing Seller has given or may hereafter give.By submitting payment of invoice, Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all of the terms defined above and will in no way hold Premier Wholesale liable.
